Our team are planning to work closely with local authorities across the region, as well as, external partners to meet the needs of children we’re supporting. Driven by an excellent recruitment strategy, we plan to develop a bespoke and specialist workforce who will care for and empower the challenging children and young people who require our support.
About Us
We are a brand new social care provider for children’s services, founded in 2023, who will be opening our first homes in 2024. Our goal is to offer children’s social care services for solo children and young people - specialising in children and young people aged 8-17 years old with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
Acedia care is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation developed with the young people and families we intend to support in mind - prioritising inclusivity and transparency to achieve this. Our services will be bespoke to each child or young person we support, with each environment being tailored to their needs, allowing us to offer them the best chances possible for development and growth.

Acedia Care aims to provide a safe and happy home-from-home for young people in our care, with the goal being that these young people will feel proud and comfortable to call this their long-stay home. Our aspiration, through our bespoke offering of solo children’s homes, is to empower, grow and develop our young people!
