Exciting workforce strategy developments

This week the Acedia Care leadership and management team came together to review our workforce strategy.

From next week we’re thrilled to be welcoming the wider team into the service and, following our strategy discussions, we’re incredibly proud to begin sharing our values and ethos with the full team to ensure we share an aligned core practice.

We’re reaching a very exciting period within our organisation and can’t wait to being delivering a high-quality induction programme, which will involve everyone in both mandatory and bespoke training sessions.
